Alejandro Jodorowsky's Holy Mountain

I recently had a total shock when watching for the first time Alejandro Jodorowsky's movie The Holy Mountain. This film is like no other movie. It's simply mind blowing. Jodorowsky uses the language of dreams to create a strange spiritual tale, an initiatic experience like none other. The images are striking. This film expresses the same spirit I try to embody in my paintings such as this one above. The world is turned upside down... only to be revealed.
